Insurance Denial
Five Rules Every Injured Party Should Follow:
Rule #1: Insurance companies share information on any claim filed whether it is compensated or not.
Insurance companies have a system to track any and all claims against any insurance company. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, no matter what insurance company it is filed with, how old it is, or even if it was paid, the condition will be revealed. To help your case, let your attorneys and doctors know about any injuries, addictions, or medical problems before or after your accident. Good cases can be lost because the insurance company will contend that the injuries were caused by the injured person concealing an earlier or later injury or medical problem.
